Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

We do not accept returns, due to the personal nature of our jewelry. However, we can offer you a shop credit for a new item, ONLY IF: we sent you the wrong item, OR if your jewelry came damaged.

Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a shop credit, so please make sure you tell us before 30 days have passed!

Refunds

To initiate the process, please use the contact button or email me at emmaliasart@gmail.com. Email is better, because next I will request a picture of the damaged or incorrect item.

We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, we will send you a coupon code to use on a free item(s) for your next order! You are limited to one exchanged item per one.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at emmaliasart@gmail.com

Gifts

We are so sorry if you don’t like a gift you receive. We are unable to exchange or refund you.
